Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective as of the close of business on October 18, 2022, John Griese will no longer serve as Senior Vice President, Head of Operations (North America) of Cronos Group Inc. (“Cronos Group”). Jeff Jacobson, Senior Vice President, Head of Growth (North America) for Cronos Group, will assume Mr. Griese’s responsibility for overseeing Cronos Group’s operations within North America. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President, Head of Growth (North America) of the Company, Mr. Jacobson previously served as Cronos Group’s General Manager of Canada and Europe. Mr. Jacobson has been with Cronos Group since December 2016 and previous to that was a co-founder of Peace Naturals.
